For all member bookings, please head to the Members Area and use the relevant booking portal.
If you are attending an in-studio/in-person session for the first time you MUST fill in an Athlete Questionnaire before attending for the first time.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ AND ARE FAMILIAR WITH OUR STAYING SAFE IN THE STUDIO PAGE. You will be expected to be familiar with our studio rules before attending for the first time,

Please note, all sessions must be booked at least 1-hour in advance of the session start time.
After booking, any relevant joining links (i.e. RGT, Zoom etc.), will be sent to you via email shortly (approximately 45-minutes) before the relevant session.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any booking alterations or refunds unless they are made at least 24-hours before your session.
RIAK Club Membership (Access to all in-studio & online sessions, drop-in sessions and all Online Training Resources):
– £75pm (Just over £5 per session if you do 3 a week)
RIAK Fitness Online Membership (Turbo, Spin, Strength, Run Club, Online Training Resources):
– £40pm (£3 per session if you do 3 a week)
Online Turbo Membership:
– £15pm (£1.15 per session if you do 3 a week)
Squad Membership: £90pm
