Our Event Preparation Plans are fully individualised and perfect for someone wishing to retain independence or perhaps don’t have the budget for on-going coach supervision.

We have two main avenues for the preparation of your plan.  However, it is the event you are preparing for that really drives the make up of the finished product. So, whether it’s a marathon, Ironman, sportive, e-racing, it doesn’t really matter.  Your individualised plan and all the additional services you can choose to include will have one goal in mind, to get you to the start line brimming with confidence!

Dynamic Screening & Strength Plan

Regardless of the method you go for, all our Event Preparation Plans include an Online Dynamic Screening and the provision of tailored strength plans up to your event.


Add key additional services to whichever form of plan you go for.  Add-ons include:

– Coach consultations: usually requested to discuss key topics such as training/race nutrition, race strategy planning, how to manage training during busy work periods etc.

– Online bike performance testing

–  Video swim assessments (London or online)

– Squad Training Weekends & Sessions
