THE ONLINE CYCLING & TRIATHLON CLUB

RIAK ONLINE is a unique service offering cyclists and triathletes comprehensive support and advice.  Our sessions will challenge you and help you progress no matter your level of experience and that’s primarily because our coaches are there to actually coach!

– Our swim sessions are specifically crafted to be a blend of high quality technique coaching and challenging conditioning.

– Our bike sessions are packed full of technical and training advice with sessions to develop each of your body’s energy systems and match up to your goals.

– Our run club sessions are completely inclusive and include running form advice you just cannot experience without a coach in your ear.

– Our strength classes are specifically designed for endurance athletes with the emphasis on teaching you why you are doing each exercise and how it applies to improving your strength, stability and mobility.

– If that were not enough, members enjoy a complete library of on-demand swim, cycle, run and strength sessions and a whole host of online training resources, including Cycle Seminars, Know How videos, training articles, jargon busters and fitness calculators.
