Performance Spin

Missing your weekly spin classes and want to continuing improving whilst in isolation? With a nice blend of clearly focused sessions and non-technical instruction, our Performance Spin classes could be the perfect fit for you.

Each punchy 45-minute Spin class has a clear focus and will target a specific objective.  Whilst a sister operation to our RIAK ONLINE sessions, our Performance Spin classes are purposefully designed to be low tech and are their own beast.  These classes are aimed at those who would like to get fit in a progressive and effective manner, without all the cycling jargon.

Lead Coach Sophie will be there to guide you through the sessions that are filled with a combination of interval types, including hill climbs and sprints.  Expect your heart rate to rise and your legs to feel the burn.

Strength

Keep up the conditioning with our online strength sessions:

Full Body Conditioning sessions – circuit based concerned with building overall fitness and strength.  No equipment is required.

S&C Workshops for Endurance Athletes – focused on the key muscle groups and joint movements used in cycling and running, these sessions are designed to help maintain muscular balance and build strength in the areas your need it.  Mini-resistance bands and some form of step (chair/stool) will be required.

Joining our sessions

To join our Performance Spin or Strength Workouts:

  • firstly, check out our timetable below to see the array of sessions and times we offer;
  • download the Zoom app for your device;
  • if you would like to pay for your sessions on an on-going basis, go straight to our booking page and use one of the ‘Single Session‘ options from the drop down and following the booking instructions;
  • or if you would like to benefit from a discount, visit our shop and purchase a 10-session pack, then go to the booking page and use the ‘Package Holders’ option from the drop down to book your next session;
  • booking for all our sessions closes 1-hour before session start; and
  • shortly after booking for the relevant session closes, you will receive an email with the joining link for the coaching feed for the session you have booked on to.
