RIAK Coached Workout



Join us for a live coached high intensity workout! Each week we have a different workout with a coach leading the way and helping you to instil good habits, such a staying relaxed in the shoulders and maintaining a high cadence. Each session is also accompanied by a particular coaching topic. For instance, we might talk about fuelling and hydration, climbing posture, pros and cons of certain tech etc.

Once booked on, any relevant joining links (i.e. Zoom coaching feed) will be circulated via email approximately 1-hour before the session.
