PLEASE NOTE, ALL DROP-IN SESSIONS MUST BE BOOKED AT LEAST 1-HOUR IN ADVANCE OF THE SESSION TIME.

Not able to make one of our in-studio classes? Why not book on to a drop-in session and do your own thing?

Available in 1-hour slots, drop-in sessions are as convenient as it gets. Simply book in, drop down at the allotted time and off you go!

We provide the tech and training environment, you bring the power!

Turbo Drop-ins

We have 6 top-end turbo trainers and terminals available at any one time and each is compatible with RGT Cycling or Zwift, so all you need to do drop down on your bike, link the RGT or Zwift app up to our screen, hook onto a trainer and you’re ready to ride.

Need a session plan? No worries, we have hundreds to choose from. Simply tell us what type of session you are after and we can sort something for you.

Please note, that even for a drop-in session, you must still have filled in an Athlete Questionnaire before attending for the first time.

Spin bike Drop-ins

We have six Keiser M3i bikes available at any one time and each will provide you with key training metrics such as power and cadence and are compatible with most Bluetooth HR monitors.

Need a session plan? No worries, we have hundreds to choose from. Simply tell us what type of session you are after and we can sort something for you.  It might mean training alone but doing so in a cool and safe training environment with everything you could need on tap isn’t half bad!

Gym Drop-ins

We have all the essential weights and equipment that you could need for a cracking workout!  Hit the squat rack, get rid of some angst with a slam ball or simply enjoy a weights session in a clean and safe environment.

All our equipment is cleaned immediately after use and we only allow one person to train at a time.  As a result, you will essentially have use of your own private studio!

There’s only one catch with the drop-in gym use. To be eligible, you must either be a RIAK Fitness PT client or be following one of our strength programmes.  The reason for this is we need to be sure that you know how to perform exercises with proper form.  We are unable to provide advice whilst you are using the gym (albeit we will be there in a supervisory capacity and we do like to chat) and so we need to be satisfied that you know what you are doing.
