Strength Classes – Single Session Booking
To book, please select the desired service from the drop down and choose the desired date and time.
Please note, all sessions must be booked at least 1-hour in advance of the session start time.
After booking, any relevant joining links (i.e. RGT, Zoom etc.), will be sent to you via email shortly (approximately 45-minutes) before the relevant session.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any booking alterations or refunds unless they are made at least 24-hours before your session.
If you are attending an in-studio/in-person session for the first time you MUST fill in an Athlete Questionnaire before attending for the first time.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ AND ARE FAMILIAR WITH OUR STAYING SAFE IN THE STUDIO PAGE. You will be expected to be familiar with our studio rules before attending for the first time,
