Event Preparation Plans
These types of plans are like a ‘pick n mix’. They can include multiple disciplines, coach consultations and additional services like gait analysis etc. The common thread however, is that they are prepared for a specific event or goal.
Once this is settled, your coach prepares an initial draft of your plan before reconvening with you to run through it and make any necessary amendments. All the hard work, therefore, is done upfront and once both you and your coach are happy the plan is complete, the coach will drop away and leave you execute the plan.
All our Event Preparation Plans include a Dynamic Screening and personalised strength plan as standard. There are also a variety of other services that can be included, such as:
– Coach consultations: usually requested to discuss key topics such as training/race nutrition, race strategy planning, how to manage training during busy work periods etc.
– running gait analysis
– Squad Training Weekends & Sessions

Running Gait Analysis
Did you know that in the vast majority of cases, running gait is best improved through strength and mobility training rather than through running drills alone?
Our Running Gait Analysis Service includes a full analysis of your running gait, assessment of your inherent strength, mobility and muscular balance, and then provides you with the tools to take matters in hand.
How it works:
We instruct you on what footage to obtain, this includes footage of you running as well as exercises to assess your mobility, flexibility and muscular balance
One of our coaches will analyse the footage
You will then receive advice on any relevant running drills, how to approach your training going forwards and most importantly, a tailored 8-week strength and mobility plan to address any issues we discover
£150 for a full analysis and 8-week strength & mobility plan
