“The RIAK Fitness studio’s sessions are the perfect mix of demanding, competitive and fun.  Being able to use your own bike is pretty unique in London and something that attracted me to trying this out.  I also learned loads about the technical side of cycling so I understand what I need to do to improve as a cyclist.  Rich is both friendly and motivating, giving instruction (or correction!) on an individual basis – really pushing you to perform at your max.  Everything is explained as we go along so you know what you’re aiming for and what’s coming next.  Highly recommended for anyone bored of the standard spinning class and aiming to step up their cycling fitness in an educated way.”
